YogaOne

Since opening in 2008, YogaOne has blossomed like a hothouse flower from a small, one room yoga studio into something extraordinary: vibrant and welcoming spaces for whole life transformation: mind, body and spirit. YogaOne offers over 500 Hot Yoga, Forrest Yoga, Baptiste Power Vinyasa, Vinyasa Flow, Hot Core Explosion Cardio and Restorative Yoga classes per week at six Houston-area yoga studios (Midtown/Downtown, Galleria/Uptown, the Heights, Bellaire, Pearland, Kingwood and our newest studio opening in January, Woodlands). 

Our Midtown studio has a full service raw, plant-based and gluten free, juice and smoothie bar, One Love Juice Bar & Cafe, which supplies cold-pressed juices to all YogaOne studios and serves juices, juice cleanses, smoothies and coffee drinks at YogaOne Midtown. We now offer online yoga classes via Mat2Mat.com. We offer retreats and trainings year-round at our Blue Sky Retreat Center in Taos, New Mexico.

We have co-created with our students and teachers, a breath-filled, supportive community dedicated to community, mindfulness and personal growth and to the idea of living life full out. While we all have many other interests and passions, at YogaOne, we live and breathe yoga. It’s what we know and what lights us up from the inside. Yoga has changed our lives for the better and we consider yoga a gift to share with others.

Our teachers are dedicated to their craft and are committed to growth and the growth of our students. We cherish our students’ input and contribution to what we do. We want to hear what you think and what you’re up to in your life, and we want to support that. Most of our classes are for all levels, and we love beginners. We look forward to seeing you on the mat soon.
