Shannon is a native Texan - born in Houston and raised in Spring. Shannon began dancing at the age of 3 and has always had a passion for music and dance. She continued dancing all the way through college with a focus in lyrical and modern dance. But after a near fatal car accident, she was unable to pursue her passion. Shannon started taking yoga in hopes of regaining her strength and flexibility but there was still something missing. This is when she discovered DEFINE - she instantly fell in love. DEFINE helped in regaining the strength and self-confidence that she had lost after the multiple surgeries.
