A senior instructor and trainer with DEFINE, you can catch Melissa "Mel" in one of her classes teaching body, rev, yoga and mind at any of the DEFINE Houston studios. Health and wellness has always played an integral role in Melissa’s life. Melissa grew up in New York and relocated to Houston with her husband. Melissa was hooked by the DEFINE method when she started seeing a huge difference in her strength and stamina coupled with the quick results. Melissa’s goal in becoming an instructor is to give others the experience she was given through the DEFINE method.
