Henry Richardson

Teaches at Define Body & Mind

As a former All-American springboard & platform diver, and a 6th grade school teacher with the Program Teach For America, Henry brings a passion to teaching that is encouraging, challenging, and up beat! Henry has taught similar methods as DEFINE in New York City, Bridgehampton, Boston, Chicago, Los Angeles, and San Francisco. Henry recently finished his MBA at Rice University in Houston, TX where he helped coach and train national and Olympic team members in core strength and flexibility. Henry is most inspired by helping others achieve their health and fitness goals, and he is looking forward to bringing a whole new way of working out to Houston.
