In our Teen classes, students ages 13-17 will be taught how to adapt to their environments and learn how to traverse through them safely and creatively using techniques such as jumping, striding, landing, climbing, swinging, vaulting, and flipping.
Whether your teen is looking to excel in parkour, or they are wanting to improve their adaptability for other sports this is a great way to accomplish either of those goals. These classes are a great way to start your teen's athletic journey or a great way to supplement or improve their athletic journey. With a focus on sustainability, our curriculum is taught through progressions so everyone is challenged and everyone is safe.
If you have a Spartan teen, these classes are a great way to train for the races. They'll learn a lot of the practical skills they need to get over any obstacle!
Students start with the On-Ramp program and then will move into Level 1 and will continue to build a strong movement foundation with the fundamentals.
Classes are a safe, challenging, and fun workout. Each class begins with a warm up, a skills focus using natural movements, and ends with a proper cool down.
Please arrive 5-10 minutes early to check in with the front desk. (You must have a parent signature if you're under 18!)

FAQ:
Q: I've done Gymnastics or some other movement art before and I think Level 1 classes will be too easy for me. Can I go straight to the upper level classes?
A: We strongly recommend that everyone starts out in Level 1. Even if you are athletic or already have some skills, you may lack certain skills or fitness that will be expected of you in the upper classes. If you feel like you have the skills to advance a coach will evaluate you.

Cancellations made at least 48 hours in advance of the class will be honored with a full refund. Students who cancel less than 48 hours prior to the start time of the class will receive a credit towards a future class.
