Wouldn’t be fun to be able to make really great bagels and pretzels in your own kitchen? You can and it’s easier than you think!
In this hands-on class, you’ll learn how to make these fun and delicious twice-cooked comfort foods at home. You’ll learn to mix, proof, shape,boil and bake pretzels and New York worthy bagels and bialys, with classic toppings like sesame and poppy seeds, and filled with cinnamon and raisins. Plus, you’ll learn to make the flavorful compound butters and cream cheeses that will make your bagels shine.
You’ll leave class well-fed, with bagels, bialys, pretzels and compound butter to take home, recipes and the knowledge that great bagels are as close as your own kitchen.
Please let us know of any dietary restrictions prior to class and we will do our best to accommodate you.
Please wear closed toed shoes and tie up long hair.
