What you'll learn in this bread class:

Wouldn’t be fun to be able to make really great bagels and pretzels in your own kitchen? You can and it’s easier than you think!

In this hands-on class, you’ll learn how to make these fun and delicious twice-cooked comfort foods at home. You’ll learn to mix, proof, shape, boil and bake pretzels and New York worthy bagels and bialys, with classic toppings like sesame and poppy seeds, and filled with cinnamon and raisins. Plus, you’ll learn to make the flavorful compound butters and cream cheeses that will make your bagels shine.
