Description

What you'll learn in this bread making class:

Ever wondered why French bread tastes so great (could have something to do with being in Paris) and wished that you could create those beautiful French loaves at home? It’s easier than you think. 

At this fun, hands-on Bread Workshop, you will learn the age-old techniques that bakers use to make baguettes, boules, rolls, fougasse (flat bread) and brioche. Then you will put your new knowledge to the test and make your own handmade bread. You’ll also learn some specialty ways to fancify your loaves into braids, swirls, knots and stars.  

You’ll leave class with several beautiful loaves, a loaf to bake the following day, smartphone accessible recipes and tips, and the confidence to recreate and customize your bread at home.

Refunds (less 5% cancellation fee) or reschedules must be made 6 business days before class start date.

In any event where a customer wants to cancel their enrollment and is eligible for a full refund, a 5% processing fee will be deducted from the refund amount.

    Chelly was amazing--so easy to chat with and so knowledgeable about baking. And, it is SO much bread. We are looking for more classes to take and anxious for her to be able to teach in-person classes someday. We would highly recommend this course.

    Best cooking/ baking class I've ever taken! Shelly was so knowledgeable and provided so many tips and tricks for making successful yeast breads - we all felt like we were in very good hands, and completely enjoyed the experience. And the bread is delicious! The timing of the class was perfect. I definitely want to take more classes at The Good Food Project. A-plus all around.

    Class was great introduction to bread baking. Great hands-on and lots of variety. Would be helpful for facility to have more than 1 oven to accommodate baking needs.
