As an accomplished professional bartender of 12 years, Greg Tatavosian set out 5 years ago to create a never before seen learning experience for new bartenders that would provide a realistic yet intensive program to elevate students to a skill level greater than the current industry standard. With an athletic background in wresting, Greg learned the meaning of hard work and success and aims to deliver this same type of experience to his bartending students.

Over the course of time A-List Startenders has been by far the best reviewed mixology and bartending program in Chicago. With thousands trained and countless success stories, Greg has built a tremendous amount of respect and trust from serious industry professionals and strives every day to train better and provide an unforgettable experience for all of his students.

The class was awesome. Instructor was wonderful. An overall meeting wonderful people is always a plus. Definitely would recommend the school for all classes you will learn alot. The instructor is very hands on.

You get to make 10 drinks (9 sample size and 1 full). It was definitely informational and I learned a lot. However, I wish it was more interactive. I thought we'd get to make the drinks ourselves while following along the instructor instead of just watching the instructor make all the drinks. We occasionally got to go up and help with shaking and muddling the ingredients but that was about it. We got to only make one drink on our own.
