This comprehensive RESNET HERS program includes everything that a candidate needs to begin working as a certified HERS Rater.
Includes: Classroom training (location #1), field training (location #2), all certification exams, 3 home energy ratings, one year QA membership, one year REM/Rate license, and one year access to 2012 IECC and ENERGY STAR v3 webinar training programs.
We’ve designed our RESNET HERS Rater Training & Certification package as a one-stop-shop solution that includes all of the RESNET certification requirements in one place so can begin working as a HERS Rater as soon as possible.

Refund Policy
Refunds will be based on the amount paid by the student at the time of withdrawal, not the total cost of the course. Refunds must be requested within 180 days of the original purchase. The decision to grant a refund is based on the schedule set forth below: Live Classroom and Live Webinar Formats:
- A 100% refund will be granted to students who request to cancel at least 30 days prior to the start of their Everblue program.
- A 50% refund will be granted to students who request to cancel greater than 2 weeks (14 days) before the start of their Everblue program.
- A refund will not be granted to students who request to cancel within 14 days of the start of their Everblue program.\
- A 100% refund may be granted to students who register for a course that has been canceled. Students who meet this criteria must submit an official refund request by email to an Everblue customer support representative. Otherwise, Everblue representatives will arrange for the student to be transferred to a future offering of the course.
- A 100% refund will be granted to participants who: (1) have NOT accessed any portion of the online training and (2) request to cancel at least 30 days prior to the start of the live training portion.
- A 50% refund will be granted to participants who: (1) have NOT accessed any portion of the online training and (2) request to cancel greater than 2 weeks before the start of the live training portion.
- A refund will not be granted to students who cancel their attendance from a course within 14 days prior to the start of their Everblue program.
- A 100% refund will be granted to participants who: (1) have NOT accessed any portion of the online training program and (2) request the refund within 14 days of enrollment.
- Refunds will not be granted under any other circumstances.
