If the experience is negative, and you do not know how to release emotions, the body keeps it stored in some manner. Be introduced to five personality structures and identify how the structures impact you. Understand why you are the way you are, the first step to healing.
In a loving and caring environment, gain the ability to work and release emotional blocks buried deep within you.
Through group work, with support and unconditional acceptance, engender an understanding that holding emotions is common and releasing them is freeing.
Use breath work, meditations, and energy work to feel lighter, happier, hopeful, strong-er, supported, heard, and understood. Gain a new way to practice healing even if you have had childhood trauma, PTSD, neglect, or abuse. You no longer have to carry your past with you. It is time for you to live an emotionally freeing life.
Masks are not required at this time.
