What you'll learn in this kids life skills class:

Enjoy a fun free flow, yet intentionally based, time with your child or grandchild. Through games, music, and movement, do yoga poses, tai chi movement, and joyful energy exchanges. Let the sillies out and let the calm float in. Open your child or grandchild to feeling centered energies, becoming more balanced and focused—mentally physically—all while having fun moving, grooving, wiggling, and oming.

Appropriate for ages two to three years old. Parent, grandparent, or care taker must accompany and participate with your child. Please wear comfy clothes.
