Description
What you'll learn in this kids cooking camp:
A four-day mini camp for kids age 7 to 11, featuring hands-on cooking and lots of eating! We will focus on following recipes, working cleanly and safely in the kitchen, and exploring new foods.
- Day One: Greece: Spanakopita; Homemade Gyros with Pita Bread and Tzatziki Sauce; Greek Donuts with Lemon-Honey Syrup.
- Day Two: Thailand: Mango and Cucumber Spring Rolls; Chicken Satay with Hoisin Sauce; Tofu Pad Thai.
- Day Three: Italy: Artichoke and Red Pepper Antipasto with Pesto Vinaigrette; Homemade Spaghetti and Meatballs; Ricotta and Chocolate-Filled Cannoli.
- Day Four: France: Steamed Mussels with Garlic, Tomatoes and Fresh Herbs; Croque Monsieur (Griddled Ham and Cheese Sandwich) with Mornay Sauce; Chocolate Mousse.

Refund Policy
All classes have a 4 business days cancellation policy, except Culinary Boot Camps which have a 16 business days cancellation policy.
You must email us at [email protected] to cancel an existing reservation, but please note the 15% service fee is non-refundable and non-transferable.
If you cancel within 4 business days, you will not receive a refund or credit for your class, but feel free to send a guest in your place. Our credit card refund policy is 90 days. If your purchase was made prior to that, you will receive an account credit, not a refund to your credit card.
Please note:
- All virtual class sales are final.
- All virtual students will receive a recording of the class within 48 hours of the class.
In any event where a customer wants to cancel their enrollment and is eligible for a full refund, a 5% processing fee will be deducted from the refund amount.
