What you'll learn in this food tours class:

Join us for an impromptu feast inspired by the Lincoln Square Farmer’s Market! Our chef will select the best, freshest ingredients at the market prior to class and will prepare a delicious meal including an appetizer, an entrée and dessert. There will be no recipes provided, because the whole meal will be improvised based on the available produce of the day, so come watch your chef create a super-seasonal meal using the best of the best ingredients in this demonstration class! This class will be full of techniques you can use when you shop locally all season long. Tonight’s entrée will be vegetarian.

You must email [email protected] to cancel an existing reservation, but please note the 15% service fee is non-refundable and non-transferable. If you cancel within 72 hours (3 days), you will not receive a refund or credit for your class, but feel free to send a friend or family member in your place.

Absolutely great class. Small group went to the farmers market and we helped pick the items for the meal. The chef asked which type of cuisine. He was excellent in teaching the basic, some knife skills, and great food was made.
