What you'll learn in this italian cooking class:

Gnocchi may pre-date pasta, but these little knuckle-shaped dumplings still receive pride of place in Italian cuisine, from Nona’s table to the finest ristorante. Learn to prepare a variety of gnocchi paired with seasonal accompaniments for a perfect match of flavors in this hands-on class.

Baked Potato Gnocchi with Italian Sausage and Tomato Ragu
Cauliflower Gnocchi with Herb Butter and Toasted Breadcrumbs

Selecting potatoes
Shaping and cooking gnocchi
Preparing tomato sauce
Working with cauliflower
Preparing compound butter

In this hands-on class, students will be paired in groups of three to five and work together as a team to prepare the recipes.

You must email [email protected] to cancel an existing reservation, but please note the 15% service fee is non-refundable and non-transferable. If you cancel within 72 hours (3 days), you will not receive a refund or credit for your class, but feel free to send a friend or family member in your place.
