What you'll learn in this pizza making class:
Pizza is as Italian as it gets and no one does it better than Chicago! This class will teach you an authentic recipe from Old World Italy itself with the influence from Italians in Chicago. The bread-like, thin crust and traditional sauce is what makes this pizza authentic and different than what you may get at your local pizzeria. We will go through the ingredients and techniques like they have been used in Italy for generations!

What To Expect:
- Your chef instructor will teach the proper techniques to elevate your cooking.
- You will work with other guests in a fun, hands-on environment led by our Chef Instructor.
- Work from a recipe that was created for each specific class
- Work others to prepare each dish from start to finish
- Classes are roughly 2 to 2 1/2 hours, unless otherwise noted above, and each student will enjoy a full meal of what you created in class
- Cooking classes are conducted in our state of the art Blue Star outfitted demonstration kitchen and each class is led by an experienced chef instructor.
- Wine, beer and Soft drinks are for sale (not BYOB)

Refund Policy
We require that you cancel at least 48 hours before a scheduled class. If you have to cancel your class, we will offer you a credit to your account if you cancel after the 48 hours, but do not offer refunds. You may use these credits towards any future class. However, if you do not cancel prior to the 48 hours, you will lose the payment for the class.
We do our best to communicate to you during inclement weather. In the event we cancel a class for inclement weather - a full refund will be given.
If you are unable to attend, you can send someone else to attend in your place. Changes and cancellations may be made through emailing [email protected]
