Hands-on Cooking: French Tarts

Classic French tarts can be sweet or savory. In this hands-on cooking class, you will learn how to prepare tender crusts that can be filled in a variety of ways. Featured recipes include leek and smoked salmon tart for a main course and a dark chocolate and pear tart for dessert.

Description
What you'll learn in this pie class:
Join us for a fun holiday pie-making class! During class, you will make your own pie crust from scratch while learning all of the secrets to keeping it tender and flaky.
Each student will make their own small pies to take home with them. We will be making French Silk Pie & Apple Cranberry Pie!
Note:
All classes are priced per person. We keep classes small so everyone can get ample attention from our chef instructor. While you will be taking delicious treats home with you, the ticket cost is based on the experience and instruction you will receive. Thank you for understanding.
