What you'll learn in this pastry class:

Join head chef instructor Kristin “Baker Bettie Hoffman to learn how to make beautiful breakfast pastries from scratch! She will walk you through the process of creating rough puff pastry from scratch to use to make beautiful cream cheese breakfast Danish.

You will also learn all of her secrets of how to make scones that are tender and flaky and not dry!

Each participant will make their own pastries to take home.

In this class we will cover:

  • How to make a flaky pastry dough
  • How to laminate a dough to create layers
  • A variety of Danish shaping techniques
  • How to make a basic scone dough to use for a variety of flavors

Menu includes:

  • Cream cheese Danish
  • Blueberry Lemon Scones

  • A 2 1/2 hour hands-on class in our one-of-a-kind 1950’s themed space
