Description

This advanced improv course serves as a capstone experience, exploring a diverse range of improvisational forms with a focus on different techniques each week. While some forms are widely recognized, others are more experimental and unique, offering fresh perspectives on the craft. You'll move beyond basic structures to understand the universal performance skills each form develops. Through studying various approaches, you'll examine how to construct a cohesive show and build a unified theatrical piece rather than simply stringing together individual scenes.

Course Format:

This class culminates in a public 3-week performance run.

Prerequisites:

Completion of BCC Improv Level 3: Advanced Scenes is required before enrolling.

Important Note:

Classes may end up to 30 minutes earlier than scheduled, depending on enrollment numbers.

Refund Policy

Class payments are non-refundable.

In the event you have to drop a class before it begins and give us at least 8 business days notice, we can credit your tuition toward a future class.
