What you'll learn in this yoga class:

A chance to unwind, strengthen and re-energize in the ambiance of candlelight. These yoga classes are great for people who live with chronic pain, injuries, or illness or who would just like to move at a slow, more relaxing pace. Emphasis is given to breath work, philosophy and the meditative/spiritual aspects of practice. In a Gentle Restorative class, part of each session is devoted to working with restorative postures using bolsters, blankets, and other tools to help facilitate deep restoration. Renew and reconnect with yourself with Restorative Yoga. The goal of this relaxing class is to calm your body and mind, aligning your physical and mental health by practicing gentle movements with special breathing techniques.

Refund Policy

The only cancellations are if there's a Nor'Easter with major (over a foot) of snowfall projected, or a loss of power.

In any event where a customer wants to cancel their enrollment and is eligible for a full refund, a 5% processing fee will be deducted from the refund amount.

In the event that an instructor or the school needs to cancel at the last minute, students will receive a refund less a 5% non-refundable registration fee.
