Vinny is a Product Design Team Lead at Zendesk, building software that improves customer relationships. His previous experience includes working as a producer and designer at various agencies across Melbourne, as well as spending some time at Telstra and in the fintech startup world.

Vinny is passionate about using psychology to help solve problems and is scared of the ‘ego-centric’ designer. He has delivered workshops to various businesses, helping them to tackle problems in new ways, looking at perception, reframing and giving psychology a seat at the table.

He is active in the Melbourne meet-up scene, has presented at UX Australia and is a co-host of the Melbourne UX Book Club. Vinny also contributes to various online design blogs like Webdesigner Depot and Sitepoint.
