This instructor-led, exam prep course provides an in-depth overview of the LEED Rating System for Building Design and Construction with information on LEED documentation, LEED Online, and the LEED certification version 4 project process.
This advanced LEED course provides students with an in-depth knowledge of the LEED BD+C Rating System, with a focus on new construction and major renovations building projects. Participants will learn the skills required to participate in integrative design and guide the LEED application/certification process. This course prepares students to be successful on the LEED AP BD+C exam by explaining and demonstrating the LEED AP BD+C Knowledge and Task Domains.
Materials (Included):
Printed course guide, full-color printed LEED credit reference sheets, 500+ practice questions, and live scheduled Q&A sessions with instructor.
Prerequisites:
While we do not prohibit anyone from enrolling in our courses, please be advised that you must first pass the LEED Green Associate exam before you can become a LEED AP professional. If you have not yet taken that mandatory first step, please register now for LEED Green Associate Exam Prep training.
Audience:
This course is ideal for architects, engineers, construction managers, general contractors, plumbing contractors, and anyone regularly involved in the LEED construction process.

How to Become a LEED AP BD+C
To earn your LEED AP BD+C credential, you must follow these steps:
Step 1: Pass the LEED Green Associate Exam
Step 2: Prepare for the LEED AP BD+C Exam

Step 4: Schedule your exam appointment with Prometric
Step 5: Participate in continuing education & pay a renewal fee to USGBC every 2 years
Refund Policy
Refunds will be based on the amount paid by the student at the time of withdrawal, not the total cost of the course. Refunds must be requested within 180 days of the original purchase. The decision to grant a refund is based on the schedule set forth below:
Live Classroom and Live Webinar Formats
- A 95% refund will be granted to students who request to cancel at least 31 business days prior to the start of their program.
- A 50% refund will be granted to students who request to cancel greater than 15 business days before the start of their program.
- A refund will not be granted to students who request to cancel within 15 business days of the start of their program.
A refund less a 5% non-refundable registration feemay be granted to students who register for a course that has been canceled.
Students who meet this criteria must submit an official refund request by email to [email protected]. Otherwise, Everblue representatives will arrange for the student to be transferred to a future offering of the course.
Blended Webinars
- A 95% refund will be granted to participants who:
- Have NOT accessed any portion of the online training.
- Request to cancel at least 31 business days prior to the start of the live training portion.
- A 50% refund will be granted to participants who:
- Have NOT accessed any portion of the online training.
- Request to cancel greater than 15 business days before the start of the live training portion.
- A refund will not be granted to students who cancel their attendance from a course within 15 business days prior to the start of their program.
On-Demand Webinars
- A 95% refund will be granted to participants who:
- Have NOT accessed any portion of the online training program.
- Request the refund within 13 days of enrollment.
- Refunds will not be granted under any other circumstances.
By submitting payment, you agree to these Terms. Refunds will be made within 30 business days of a student’s written request.
In any event where a customer wants to cancel their enrollment and is eligible for a full refund, a 5% processing fee will be deducted from the refund amount.
